Royal Mail 1st Class:
We will not refund items lost by Royal Mail. We offer a next day delivery
service from £7.50, where we will cover items lost in transit.
We will not send items via 1st Class post, that exceed £20.00 in value or 500g in weight. If 1st Class post is selected for packages of this type, they will be sent by courier and £7.50 will be charged.

As UK Mainland. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands may be a 2 day delivery.
Saturday Deliveries:
This service is available in a limited number of areas. Should the parcel carrier
attempt delivery and is unsuccessful, this charge will not be refunded. Delivery
will be attempted the next business day. A Contact telephone number must be supplied.
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands:
Post to Scottish Highlands & Islands is defined by the services provided by the
Courier Companies we use. This is a 2 day service at a cost of £20.00 up 10kg.
An additional charge of £0.80 per kg will be added for parcels in excess of
10kg.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Eire, Scilly Isles, Channel Isles, Isle of Man
& Isle of Wight:
Delivery charges will be quoted on an order by order basis, or can be collected
by your own courier.
